My Contact Profile

Put the portfolio one scan away

Your contact card should lead straight to the work people want to see.

Use one profile for your booking contact, portfolio, social links and company details. Share the permanent QR at events, on packaging or in client galleries, and update the destinations later without replacing the printed code.

Contact priorities

What visitors should find quickly.

Portfolio first

Send visitors to a curated body of work that matches the type of photography you want to book.

Booking contact

Make email, phone or an enquiry page easy to find after the portfolio has done its job.

Social proof

Add the social account or review source clients genuinely use to assess your work.

Permanent QR

Where QR makes sense physically.

The QR points to your permanent smart-link identity, so the printed code can stay in place while the live profile changes.

  • Event signage, booth displays and printed portfolios
  • Photo packaging, thank-you cards and gallery delivery material
  • Studio cards, price guides and referral cards

NFC tap

Where NFC is useful face to face.

Program an ordinary compatible NFC card or tag with the same permanent smart link. No proprietary My Contact Profile hardware is required.

  • A premium card for weddings, events and commercial meetings
  • A studio desk card clients can tap while reviewing work
  • A portfolio book or presentation case used with agencies and brands

Google Wallet + Save Contact

Keep your own card ready, then let the other person save the details they need.

The Wallet pass works well at events and networking sessions when you want to show a QR quickly, while the live profile keeps the full portfolio and social links.

Save Contact provides a vCard from the public details you chose to publish, so the recipient can store your contact without manually typing the fields.

  • Wallet keeps the permanent QR close on your own phone.
  • Save Contact exports the public contact details as vCard.
  • The recipient does not need a My Contact Profile app.

Profile recommendations

Keep the page useful, current and appropriate for public sharing.

01

Lead with one strong portfolio link rather than several abandoned galleries.

02

Use a profile image or cover that matches your current visual brand.

03

State the photography niche or booking type clearly.

04

Keep booking details separate from private client-gallery access.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my portfolio platform later?

Yes. Update the portfolio link in the live profile; your existing permanent QR and NFC links continue to open the current profile.

Can the profile link to private client galleries?

You can link to services you choose, but private gallery passwords or client-only access details should stay in private communications.

Ready when you are

Build the profile first, choose the public details and sharing tools, then pay only when you are happy with the result.
