My Contact Profile

Designed for local, repeat and seasonal work

A garden changes every season. Your contact card can stay current with it.

Keep your mobile number, coverage area, services and recent work in one live profile. A customer can scan a QR from a van or leave-behind card, save your contact and come back when the next season arrives.

Contact priorities

What visitors should find quickly.

Mobile or WhatsApp

Give regular clients a quick route for maintenance visits and seasonal requests.

Area covered

Make your normal local radius clear so recommendations stay useful.

Work examples

Use a simple gallery or social link to show lawns, planting, pruning or maintenance work.

Permanent QR

Where QR makes sense physically.

The QR points to your permanent smart-link identity, so the printed code can stay in place while the live profile changes.

  • Vans, trailers and equipment boxes
  • Seasonal leaflets, invoices and maintenance schedules
  • Small referral cards left with satisfied customers

NFC tap

Where NFC is useful face to face.

Program an ordinary compatible NFC card or tag with the same permanent smart link. No proprietary My Contact Profile hardware is required.

  • A reusable card shared during garden visits
  • A card for letting agents, property managers and local businesses
  • A tag on a portfolio folder used for landscaping consultations

Google Wallet + Save Contact

Keep your own card ready, then let the other person save the details they need.

The Wallet version is useful when meeting a new client in the garden: show the QR, let them save the contact and keep the printed card optional.

Save Contact provides a vCard from the public details you chose to publish, so the recipient can store your contact without manually typing the fields.

  • Wallet keeps the permanent QR close on your own phone.
  • Save Contact exports the public contact details as vCard.
  • The recipient does not need a My Contact Profile app.

Profile recommendations

Keep the page useful, current and appropriate for public sharing.

01

List the garden services you actually offer and update seasonal availability when needed.

02

Keep the local coverage area specific.

03

Use a strong image or portfolio link that reflects recent work.

04

Include the best route for repeat bookings rather than every messaging service you have ever used.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I update seasonal services without changing the QR?

Yes. Change the live profile whenever your seasonal services or availability change; the permanent QR remains the same.

Is NFC useful for gardeners?

It can be useful during in-person quotations and recurring visits, while QR is often better on vehicles and printed leave-behind material.

Ready when you are
