My Contact Profile

Keep repeat bookings one tap away

Make it easy for a happy client to book again or recommend you.

A live contact profile can hold your booking number, service area and business links without forcing clients to search old messages. Share it on a small card, an NFC tag or a QR on invoices and cleaning checklists.

Contact priorities

What visitors should find quickly.

Booking contact

Use the phone, WhatsApp or email you actually use to arrange visits.

Service area

Tell people where regular domestic or commercial work is available.

Business link

Add a booking page, website or reviews page when it helps a new client decide.

Permanent QR

Where QR makes sense physically.

The QR points to your permanent smart-link identity, so the printed code can stay in place while the live profile changes.

  • Invoices, checklists and welcome packs
  • Leave-behind cards for household or office referrals
  • Cleaning vehicles, equipment cases or reception-area cards

NFC tap

Where NFC is useful face to face.

Program an ordinary compatible NFC card or tag with the same permanent smart link. No proprietary My Contact Profile hardware is required.

  • A reusable card for property managers and office contacts
  • A key-safe or supply case tag used only for business contact sharing, not access credentials
  • A small counter card for reception or serviced-accommodation partners

Google Wallet + Save Contact

Keep your own card ready, then let the other person save the details they need.

For cleaners moving between properties, the Wallet pass keeps the same contact card available even when there is no printed card to hand.

Save Contact provides a vCard from the public details you chose to publish, so the recipient can store your contact without manually typing the fields.

  • Wallet keeps the permanent QR close on your own phone.
  • Save Contact exports the public contact details as vCard.
  • The recipient does not need a My Contact Profile app.

Profile recommendations

Keep the page useful, current and appropriate for public sharing.

01

State the type of cleaning you want enquiries for.

02

Use a clear service area and booking contact.

03

Link to reviews or a booking page if they are actively maintained.

04

Do not publish access instructions, alarm information or other property-security details.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the profile for both domestic and commercial cleaning?

Yes, if the public information is useful to both. If the services or brands are very different, a multi-profile plan can keep them separate.

Should I put property access details in the profile?

No. Keep keys, alarm codes and access instructions in private customer communications, not on a public contact profile.

Ready when you are

Build the profile first, choose the public details and sharing tools, then pay only when you are happy with the result.
