My Contact Profile

For parents, learners, schools and referrals

Put your subjects, lesson format and contact route in one simple profile.

Tutoring enquiries often start through referrals. A public profile can explain what you teach, whether lessons are online or local, and how to enquire without exposing student information or private lesson records.

Contact priorities

What visitors should find quickly.

Subject and level

Make it clear what you teach and the learner level you normally support.

Lesson format or area

Explain whether lessons are online, in person or available within a local area.

Enquiry contact

Use a professional email, phone or booking form for new learner enquiries.

Permanent QR

Where QR makes sense physically.

The QR points to your permanent smart-link identity, so the printed code can stay in place while the live profile changes.

  • Workshop handouts, school-approved noticeboards and referral cards
  • Printed study resources or public seminar slides
  • Business cards used at education fairs and local events

NFC tap

Where NFC is useful face to face.

Program an ordinary compatible NFC card or tag with the same permanent smart link. No proprietary My Contact Profile hardware is required.

  • A card for parent consultations and education events
  • A desk card in a tutoring centre or shared learning space
  • A reusable networking card for schools and other educators

Google Wallet + Save Contact

Keep your own card ready, then let the other person save the details they need.

Wallet gives tutors a simple digital card for events and consultations, while subject details and booking links stay editable on the profile.

Save Contact provides a vCard from the public details you chose to publish, so the recipient can store your contact without manually typing the fields.

  • Wallet keeps the permanent QR close on your own phone.
  • Save Contact exports the public contact details as vCard.
  • The recipient does not need a My Contact Profile app.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I list several subjects?

Yes, but keep the list focused enough that a parent or learner can quickly tell whether you are relevant to their needs.

Should I include student results or names?

Do not publish identifiable student information without an appropriate lawful basis and permission. The contact profile works without using private learner data.

Ready when you are

Build the profile first, choose the public details and sharing tools, then pay only when you are happy with the result.
